Introduction

Quantomnia AI, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), organized under the laws of Wyoming, provides AI-powered workflow automation, SaaS integration, and operational solutions for B2B clients. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services.

Eligibility

Services are offered to businesses and organizations seeking workflow automation and SaaS stack optimization.
By engaging Quantomnia AI, you confirm authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
Engagement begins upon acceptance of a service agreement, proposal, or subscription.

Service Delivery
Quantomnia AI delivers workflow automation, SaaS integration, and operational documentation tailored to client requirements.
Services may include:

Workflow automation across SaaS stacks (e.g., GHL, Clay, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).

Client-facing onboarding flows, inquiry prompts, and compliance one-pagers.
Quantomnia AI reserves the right to adapt service delivery methods to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Data Privacy & SOC 2 Compliance

Quantomnia AI aligns its operations with SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria (security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, and privacy).
Clients remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations.
Clients must ensure lawful data sharing and provide necessary consents.
Quantomnia AI implements industry-standard controls to safeguard client data but does not guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Quantomnia AI retains ownership of proprietary workflows, documentation, and compliance artifacts.
Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables internally for operational purposes.
Redistribution, resale, or modification of Quantomnia AI deliverables without written consent is prohibited.

Payment & Billing

Fees are defined in client agreements and billed according to subscription or project milestones.
Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
Quantomnia AI may adjust pricing to reflect expanded service offerings.

Operational Trust & Audit Readiness

Quantomnia AI provides audit-ready documentation and compliance one-pagers to accelerate enterprise trust.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own audit records and certifications.
Quantomnia AI supports audit readiness but does not guarantee regulatory approval.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Quantomnia AI disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.
Liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Quantomnia AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice.
Upon termination, clients must cease use of proprietary materials.
Sections on intellectual property, compliance, and liability survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
Clients waive the right to participate in class actions against Quantomnia AI.

Updates to Terms

Quantomnia AI may update these Terms to reflect evolving SOC 2 practices and service models.
Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Data Privacy and A2P Messaging

Opt-In Consent: By engaging with Quantomnia AI services, you explicitly consent to receive Application-to-Person (A2P) messages, including service updates and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our communications.

Opt-Out Process: If you no longer wish to receive A2P messages or marketing communications, you can opt out by replying "STOP" to any message we send, or by contacting us directly at [email protected].
